Getting the certificate

There is both written and skill test exam which is set up for the candidates sitting for CNA training  certificate examination. The candidates are tested by Pearson Vue. $125 has to be paid for the exam. $40 is the registration fee which needs to be paid for getting permission to sit for the test. After being certified one needs to register his/her name with New Hampshire CNA registry.

This certificate has to be renewed after a time period of every two consecutive years. To get it renewed one needs to give a proof of having devoted 200 hrs of service in the same field. A proof of further one year of education during the working period is also required to be submitted. CNA training in New Hampshire and doing a job after that is certainly not an easy thing.

Vocational schools and colleges etc. offer different courses for CNA training in New Hampshire. Around 26 courses have the approval of the assigning authority. Red Cross also offers its own stream of courses. CNAs need to do a foundation course which will prepare them for further duties. Apart from basic guidelines a trainee is told how to cope up with special cases. Many patients who have incurable diseases need special care and attention.
